EDUCATION VERIFICATION REQUEST
An education verification verifies a former student's attendance and graduation. In order to process this request efficiently, the following information needs to be accurate : the name of the student while attending Midwood High School, DOB and year of graduation. This will allow a faster turnaround time. We also need a student release form signed and dated to be able to release student records.
