Senior Dues 2025-2026

Dear Seniors:

Part of your graduation itinerary is your senior dues. Your senior dues this year will be $177 and must be paid no later than February 5th, 2026. After this date a $10.00 late fee will be applied to your total dues. 

If your dues are not paid by  February 5th, 2026  a yearbook will not be guaranteed for you. If you do not subsequently receive a yearbook you will receive a partial refund with contingencies to how much the yearbook costs.

The senior dues covers:

  • Yearbook

  • Graduation Venue 

  • Cap and Gown

  • A Senior T-shirt  and Drawstring Bag

  • Diploma Case with Midwood embossed in gold print

  • Senior Field Day

  • A Senior Gift towards the school. (After all other related expenses are paid, and if money allows for such a gift)

  • Any other expenses that are related to Graduation or Senior Awards

  •  

*Senior dues do not include any funds for the Senior Prom or Senior Trip.

 

Payment:

Payment by money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. 

Payment is preferred through the school store, however there is a processing fee. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!

Each student will need to create a "My School Bucks" Log-in account. The parent can either create an account and then "+Add Student". Or if the student creates the main account, they will still need to add themselves using the "+Add Student" function. They should select New York for the first drop down, then New York Department of Education for the second. They should choose Midwood HS and use their first and last name, and OSIS number as the Student Number. Once the student is added, they can scroll down and click "Store" and then "Browse All Items". This is where items can be purchased. The student would simply use the "forgot password" option and continue to reset on their own. If they prefer to speak with someone directly, they can reach the Parent Help team at 1-855-832-5226, from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm (Eastern Time). 

Lastly, payment of senior dues does not mean you have met diploma requirements, or that you may attend Graduation. Only students, who have fulfilled diploma requirements by June 2024, may attend the graduation ceremony.
